You know you have baby brain when...
Here's mine: I look down and notice that my left hand looks BLUE- like my circulation was cut off or something. So I start flipping out- I ask my friend at work and she was like "OMG it looks really blue do you feel dizzy? are you ok?" etc. I start googling it, almost called my doctor... Then I go into the bathroom and when I went to wash my hands- it came right off. Then I realized I had my left hand under my leg and I'm wearing new jeans that hadn't been washed yet. It was the dye from the jeans! ::face-palm!

I knew I had baby brain when I loaded up our washing machine, put the detergent in, put the fabric softener in and went out to the store. I forgot to turn it on!!! LOL! About 2 hours later I remembered and had to text DH to turn it on!
face-palm!!

I meant to walk into my nail salon today ... instead I walked into the place right next door to it and it was some pain management place with all this equipment and this really muscular dude standing in the front who looked at me like I was crazy - and to be honest I probably gave him the same look. I really expected to walk in and see my nail ladies

When I went to get a fork for my lunch and walked straight passed the kitchen, went into the bathroom, peed, and walked passed the kitchen again toward my office. It wasn't until I walked back into my office and saw my lunch sitting there that I realized I didn't even have to pee to begin with and that I walked that way to get a fork.

I frequently catch myself going to put things where they don't belong.
Liek a box of cereal into the fridge and the milk into the cupboard.
Or forgetting where I put stuff.
Memory just isn't as good as before. I have to write things down and put all appts in a calendar whereas before I'd just remember automatically.

This was a few weeks ago, but I bought eggs to dye for easter and when I got home I realized I bought brown eggs, not white. Duh!
There's been a million others I'm sure. But with my preggo brain I can't remember them!

I put my bag to go to work yesterday on my shoulder. I then took it off bc i forgot my coat. I went to the train and realized I forgot my entire bag on the couch.
I was looking for my cell phone two days go on the couch while I was sitting and I got really mad. My husband found it on my lap.lol
I can keep going but I wont :)

I've been doing dopey things all the time, but today was pretty funny.....I had an appointment at LIJ for a fetal echocardiogram (precautionary, thank god all is okay!), and I parked with the valet since I was running late....I pick up my car when I'm done and I went to get in the passenger seat when the guy pulled up with my car um yea, here's your tip, sorry I thought you were either my DH or my chaffeur for a quick second there

lol I got one!! I went to grab lunch and forgot my wallet in the office . Luckily those people know me since I go there often and said to bring back the money after work. I was honest enough to bring it back of course and luckily my preggo brain didn't make me forget that I had to do it

The other day I poured DD a bottle and went to screw the nipple on to the milk carton
I went to a bridal shower a couple of weeks ago and it wasnt until we were saying bye that I noticed I wasnt wearing a bra
This was right after I had DD#1, I was in CVS and was leaving so i was getting my car keys out...I couldnt find them so I went back in the store, couldnt find them, looked everywhere...turns out I had them in the ignition and my car was still running

it's one of those things you just have to laugh at yourself afterwards, thank god I'm so visibly pregnant so hopefully the guy didn't think I was a complete idiot

LOL, my husband did this the other day with the dryer, but he doesn't have the preggo excuse! In his defense, he doesn't ever do laundry and I had asked him to put the stuff in the dryer for me cause I needed it done and was busy with DD. When I went downstairs I turned it on, and he came running in and was like "OH!"

I put my jeans on backwards. And here I was struggling to get them up, and something does NOT feel right as they are going up, and do I take a sec to look down and question?? NO, I keep trying to pull them up - I get them ALL the way up and look down to see two BIG butt pockets. They are backwards. Ass.
I tried to get into someone else's car I thought was my own. Weirdest thing ever is that my mom, when she was pregnant with my sister, did the same exact thing with her VW Bug (lol) -- and it was the classic "duh" story in my family. So, knowing this can happen, and I made fun of her for years about it... well, here I was: I walk up to the WRONG black Maxima and I'm trying to use the keyless button on the door handle to get it. Nothing. And I'm thinking, wow, I just got this car and it's not working. Do I question myself? Never. I continue to try - now I get the clicker out, nothing. I'm like omg the car is a lemon. I continue to try and FINALLY, somehow, I realize - it is NOT my car -- in fact, it has a spoiler and mine does not. It also has dark tinted windows and mine does not. Brilliant.
That's all I can think of right now but there are more!
