You know you are a hard core TTCer when.......

while you are out, DH asks if you want to go out for dinner or go home and order in..... and you would rather go home because you held in going to the bathroom for 4 hours and just HAVE to pee on that stick!

Lol! Ugh, one of the many reasons I was bummed that it didn't happen this month is because I was hoping to be done with OPKs and the 4 hour hold. It's the worst!

OMG just this morning I thought to myself that the best part about today is not having to stop drinking water at a certain time and not having to hold in peeing. I feel like a gremlin when I have to stop water at 3pm. I too have been out and rushed home so I could test.

I have to say being an elementary teacher comes in handy on this one! You can't leave the kids, so the body is trained to hold it!

This happened to me my last cycle.

DH and I were in Target doing some Christmas shopping and I was busting! So he said, why don't you just go? And I said, "Oh, no, I've already held it for 3hrs, we can finish up shopping and be home in an hour and then it will be perfect for testing"..I got one of these Then I explained to him about the whole 'holding' thing and he said "Your lucky your cute, you crazy woman"
