Tough question.
I'd probably have to go with a good homemade lasagna, bruschetta (as the appetizer), and italian garlic bread with lots of melted mozzarella.

Must be some type of pasta. Probably a nice big italian meal. Penne ala vodka or mom's bake ziti. With a nice crusty bread, olive oil, roasted garlic (when it's soft like butter to spread on the bread), locatelli or parmigianna cheese and a nice napoleon for dessert

Sabrett dirty water dogs with mustard and Kraut and a frosty root beer.
OR
A thick porterhouse with a Caesar salad, a twiced baked potato, asparagus sauteed in olive oil & garlic and garlic toast.
Either way it's ice cream for dessert.

My mothers shrimp scampi over linguini, a big salad with extra cherry tomato's and a balsamic dressing, garlic bread, drinking a nice chilled reisling and molten lava cake for dessert
