yoga- general question
hey everyone
ive never done yoga before-never done much of anything before0 the closest ive come to exercising is 2 months of 30 day shred about a year ago lol
im now 3 months preggos and was curious about prenatal yoga classes
are they recommended for people who havent taken any yoga at all, And, is it a bad idea to just use a dvd if i havent ever done yoga at all?

If you've never done yoga before I would go to a prenatal yoga class. I would not do a video. Yoga has you move in all different positions you wouldn't normally go in. I know when I've been in yoga class and there have been pregnant women the instructor always modifies many of the positions for them. Definitely look for a prenatal class- you'll love yoga!
