Yoga Question
For those who do yoga, are there certain days in the cycle you don't? I know I wouldn't do it the day of an IUI, but I thought it fine to do the day before and even a few days after during the 2ww?

When I was doing IUI, I don't remember there being any restrictions on yoga. But, i would stay away from inversions (headstand, shoulder stand, bridge poses). I would do it in the 2ww but don't do anything too strenuous. IUI is not as sensitive as IVF. I would use it more to relax you than for anything else. And I would talk to your yoga instructor about poses you shouldn't do if you are pregnant and stay away from those. Act as if you are pregnant kind of a thing. Good luck.
