Yoga
Just bought Jillian Michael's Yoga DVD and I must say that I LOVED it.
She incorporates basic Yoga poses with fat burning movements.
I woke up this morning and parts of my body ache that I never even knew existed LOL

Thank you for posting this! I just saw her on Dr Phil and they mentioned the DVD and I want to get it. I LOVE her 30 Day Shred, it really works for me, so I wanted to give the Yoga one a try.
