ymca vs safety swim?
Dd has 0 fear of the water. She throws herself into it and the group lessons at the Y aren't helping her learn to swim. Can anyone give me their experience with the private lessons at either. Dd is 2.

Love SAFE-T-SWIM. From what I understand your experience may vary by the location. My location in Nesconset is great and my son loves his instructor. She works one-on-one with him. I signed him up on a first timer special and then renewed on the anniversary special. Ask about that bc it is going on right now. It is amazing and I feel he has learned tons of swim and pool safety. It has also really taught him how to paddle and to love the water. It is not cheap but I feel it is worth it as long as I can get some sort of special when I enroll.

Re: ymca vs safety swim?
We just started safe t swim with my 2 year old. I have not been impressed in the past with my instructors for my older 2. But Chris at the bellmore location was great with my ds! He also has NO fear! He learned more in one lesson with Chris than my twins learned in 12 sessions.
It is pricey though! Especially x 3
