Yikes! Two teeth! Some questions for BTDT moms

DS got his first tooth 10 days ago, and then this morning out of nowhere he has another one! He's not even 6 months yet!

What do I do for these new teeth? Do we start brushing? Do we use toothpaste! I am not ready for this. He's getting so big so fast.

Also, he wakes up 1-2x per night still to eat. At our 4 month appt. the pediatrician said to feed him when he wakes up until 6months or the first tooth. Is it bad to nurse him at night? I don't see anyway to stop that right now. DH has tried soothing him back to sleep and he will not go back down without eating.

They make little finger brushes with non fluoride toothpaste you brush the teeth with.

I nursed my kids at night until about a year when I started to wean the nightfeedings so I can get some sleep. I would just make sure to brush teeth before and after sleep to keep the milk off the teeth as much as possible.
