Yet another short term disability question...
Sorry to be a pain about this but..
Im reading online that you have to have worked 40hrs for an employer to qualify? Is that true? My hours arent consistent and Ive never worked 40 hours a week. Usually its 30-33hrs. Do I still qualify?

I am a full time employee and work 35hrs a week. I get short term disability.

depends on total for the year_ i thinku need 1250for the year to qualifyfor fmla.

I want to know this too- I work part-time through school (about 25 hours/week) and I'm not sure if I qualify....
someone told me that it was by the hours you worked in the previous couple months but I don't know how many.
Let me know if you find anything out...
