Yet another O question from yours truly

so today is CD 20. On CD 14 I started getting crampy... on CD 16 I started getting EWCM..on CD 18 I started getting a sharp localized pain in my left ovary... to me, that means I was preparing to O starting mid cycle.. then on CD 18, I actually released an egg because of the sharp localized pain. EWCM is gone as of this morning so I think O is over but that sharp pain in my left ovary is still there. Im on to 3 days of it... and a full week of cramping.. Do you think I O'd already?
Does this happen to you ?

I dont temp or chart but would really like to know when I Od.
My Cycle are average 31 days.
I think Im going to have to temp just to take the guess work out of it.

Hmm I think you O'd already. I read that you can feel pain for a few days after. Apparently you can have a small bleed when you ovulate which can cause pain. I did a TON of reading the other day about O cramping. I read that some dull pain means you are getting ready….then sharp pain is you are O'ing and this can last 1-2 days. And then you may have some pain a day or so after. I have been paying close attention to my O pain and I get it for 2-3 days. So crazy.

Oh I think you saw my post already! Here it is anyway!

I think you O'd already though but I am no expert! Also maybe you have a small cyst? They can be common around O time and arent dangerous. Sometimes I have a pain that lasts longer than a few days. It is rare but I always think maybe it is a cyst?

It sounds like you O'd on the 18th! I'm glad you are thinking of temping...it does take the guess work out of the whole O thing! Good Luck! I also experience a dull ache days after I O.

I did see that post and have been reading it multiple times lol!

I also think I o'd on 18.. pains were just so bad yesterday I had to stop working out.

ITs a little better today so Im going to assume it was a bleed. Going to the dr tomorrow so Ill ask about a possible cyst.
