Yellow Vomit?
My LO is going to be 1 years old. She was just sitting there and threw up yellow.. It def swelled bad and I've never seen her do that before. She then started pulling her hair afterwards. Anyone know what this could be? Is this serious? Can I give her something to help?

What did she eat before? Yellow is usually a sign of bile, so it probably burned which is why she was pulling at her hair. Have her sip water or juice to get rid of the taste. It's nothing to worry about, though. Hope she feels better!

Thank u for responding  she had Mac & cheese purée but it smelled like bile and she's never done that before. Now she's crawling around and randomly pulling her hair
