bright yellow vomit
Out of no where about 1/2 hour after eating (not that well mind you) DS threw up a huge amount of bright yellow vomit. Needless to say I'm a bit freaked out. We called the on-call doctor and of course it's not someone we know and he didn't really want to be bothered. He said to get Pedialyte or take him to the emergency. What should we do? I don't think he's dehydrated because he is pooping/peeing like normal. No fever, seems to be acting normal...but I'm still totally freaked out. 
He's 7 weeks.

Yes, I do BF. Not sure if it's something I ate, maybe. I posted earlier in the week how he seemed to be having some really painful gas. I wonder if he has a virus or something. I honestly have not been feeling that great either (nauseas, achy)

ITA !! And after what I went through a couple of weeks ago I would bring him in just to be safe  Maybe call the ER department to see what they say

I can't help you with that - but I will say DD had a bad stomach bug and when she was throwing up it was yellowish like orange juice - the ped said it was just stomach acid and not to worry about it unless it was green (which is bile).
