yellow jackets /need a good exterminator

I just found a nest of yellow jackets in the bricks of my chimney. Has anyone had this before? I guess I should call an exterminator?? Does anyone know a good one? Or should I try to spray them myself??

I would never try and get rid of a nest by myself...but if you do, make sure it's in the evening, never in the day...

I used an exterminator once when my cat had fleas...they were called Reliable Pest Control and they were really nice and reliable (no pun intended)...

Yellow jackets are the most territorial. We had a huge nest on our roof and they snuck inside the house as well and built a nest in the wall.

We had two exterminators come. The first one (suburban I think) didn't complete the job as they didn't want to get close to the nest.

The second people we called in was Arrow Exterminating. The guy showed up early, dressed in a full bee suit and was inches away with the bees pelting him (but he was wearing a facial mask, so he wasn't hurt) as they died when the posion he sprayed killed them. They swarmed my yard for about 15 min and then they all died. THANK GOD! Here is my thread on the whole fiasco:
