Yay or Nay
I got these from my mom for my birthday and Christmas present. I think it's the color that is throwing my off a bit. I thought they would be a more darker purple.
The first 2 pics are from my camera phone. The color looks darker than they really are. the 3rd pic is a more accurate color. (Center shoe)

Yay! I think the color is nice. Not as bright and I would like but still a very pretty color.

I would go with the top RIGHT corner in the last pic 
I like the shoes your mom picked up, but for my first (and probably only  ) CL's, I would go black peep toe...10000000%

I would change them for a classic black pair. The purple is nice, but it's not timeless. And if you're going to have a pair of shoes like CLs, I would go with timeless... KWIM?

i agree but i am having a hard time with the price tag of $770

I love the purple.. and I think they are timeless.... Purple is a NEUTRAL!!
The black ones are gorgeous too.. but if you have a ton of black heels, I don't care if they are CL's.. why get another pair? I say stick with ones that STAND OUT!!

I can't help but gag at the price tag every time I see or hear it... BUT, you'll wear them FOREVER..
Honestly though, you can't go wrong either way. Good luck! It's not a bad decision to have to make!!

I would agree with you if it was a heel...not a wedge. LOL ETA: I am an asss! I thought the BAG on top of the heel was actually a WEDGE heel.  
I am almost always a fan of colorful shoes....black is normally the LAST I would pick.
but those black peeps are UBER sexy...off the chain sexy...they trump ANYTHING. if you don't stand out rockin those black shoes...you won't stand out rockin ANYTHING.
ETA: Q, I also like the round toe black...but all in all, I would go PEEP TOE PEEP TOE!
why don't you return the others and put up the rest so your mom doesn't have to fit the whole bill...this way neither of you is paying the full $770.

On a side note...are all those other shoes yours? If so, what is with the purple pair on the bottom How does one walk in those?

I got a pair of Pewter. They look more bronze than silver but I love them.

No I got this picture from a Sales Associate from Sak's. I do have the Teal pumps in the pic though.

no silly. i have the purple shoes, teal shoes and the pewter. i think you are right black needs to be added. i'm going to see the tree this weekend so i will hit sak's and try on some shoes and return the purple pair.

I have these and LOVE them. But..... They are really really high and no platform.. I had to practice walking in them.. I put the dr scholls gell pad in them and boy what a difference!! I tried the peep toe first because I initially wanted those but the killed so bad I couldnt take one step in them..
And I love those fringe boots.. That would be MY choice.. they are very nice!!!
