well i just ordered it. have to see how it looks in person, and have to see if its gonna scratch my arms!
ordered 4 other bikinis also and they had a code for free 2 day shipping!

I'm not a huge fan of bandeau(sp?) tops but you are pretty tiny right? I think on a tiny gal this could look great. So for you, yay

I was never really able to wear tops like this before, but I recently lost a bra size (  ) so I can try new styles now.

My only concern would be like you said- it being scratchy on top.
When you get it, update us on how the top is!

OK, I got it and LOVE IT! 
The sequins stop right at the end of the boob. I thought they would go closer to the armpit. So no scratching when your arms are in normal arm positions. The back and bottom piece are more neon in person, so that combine with the sequins made me a little nervous because of the "look at me" factor, but DH actually loves it too (didn't think he would at all!).
I actually ordered 4 bikinis and Love them all!! I usually hate everything I order online so I got lucky this time.

I actually LOVE their bathing suits.
I got 2 this year...both are awesome.
Now I have another one to consider!
