Xpost: My DH never sent thank you emails
for the jobs he interviewed with last week or yesterday. He has their email addresses, that's how he was corresponding with them. Is it really bad that he didn't do that? I never used to send them but have been in the recent years. Any thoughts? Thanks!

all is not lost - just have him send thank you emails asap!!
I attended an interview skills seminar once and was told to send a thank you card or email the same day. but late is better than nothing.
