X-post from Pregnancy: Did you start showing earlier the second time around?
Last pregnancy I started showing at around 17 weeks. I'm wondering if I should expect to show earlier this time around?

I did. I am exponentially bigger this time.
Probably not what you wanted to hear, sorry
I started showing around 14 weeks or so last time. This time I was in maternity and showing by 9 weeks

I started showing early too. Probably around 13-14 weeks. I also didn't lose all the baby weight from the 1st pregnancy.

I read somewhere that people tend to show earlier the second time around maninly because the skin was already stretched out and therefore filled out faster. I showed pretty early because the skin in my abdominal area had been stretched out from a big weight loss. It looked like I had a baby before I got PG. Fun times.
