WWYD? School park and drugs

Ok so I just brought my kids to a local school park,and there was a car sitting there with the music blaring ,and I didn't think anything of until these young kids wanted to go over by where the car was to play handball ...well the car started whaling on there horn ,and telling them to leave the poor kids were so upset !!

Then they started revving their engine,and flying all over the parking lot ,and mostly by my Van So I told my kids to pack it up as fast as they can w/o asking questions b/c those are bad people ,and we need to leave now !!!!

This is the second time something like this happened ! It isn't a bad area at all ,but I don't know what I should do ?! Do I call the precinct ,and tell them the activity that is going on? I didn't wan't to call right away b/c I wasn't sure if they got my liscense plate # when they drove by my car

ETA: I know they were up to no good ! And the last time I was there I actually saw a drug deal happen between 2 cars !

I would make a call to the cops - I'm sure anyone else would complain, they won't know its you!

I'd call too. Isn't there something in place that is supposed to make sure there is increased patrols or something by schools?

i would call the cops and find a different park for the time being. that is scary!

Absolutely call. If you don't feel comfortable calling from there, take down the license plate, the make of the car and a description of the kids and call the tip line. You can even still call now if this is an ongoing issue that you have seen.

I would call. a neighborhood park is a terrible thing to lose.

I live in a really safe neighborhood, but teens were doing drugs at the skatepark, so its temporarily shut down. I guess to teach them a lesson,
