WWYD regarding hair
I have been getting JHS to my hair for almost 5 years.
The salon I go to get my hair cut offers it, so I figured this time I would go there and get it done.
I went, it didn't take. I went back 2 weeks later to have them try again. They used a "resistant" formula.
I washed my hair for the first time this morning since getting it done and it looks like crap.
It is still wavy and frizzy.
I have never walked away and hated the way it looked.
What do I do?
DH says that I should ask for my money back because I paid for JHS and my hair isn't straight. He then wants me to go to the place I always went.
I feel funny asking for my money back...but I hate it and it isn't straight.

first off do not let them " redo it" or get it redone any time soon . it can cause overprocessing and serious breakage.
if they offer to redo it..explain why you dont want it done and if they are a good salon....they should credit you for future haircuts ( you said you get it cut there) or for other processes/products.
you can always get a keratin over the jhs ( i like coppola) but it wont be pin straight..

I'd be pi$$ed and would demand to be compensated somehow.. having the JHS done so often will kill you hair.. would you be oppoed to them doing the BKT instead?

I want pin-straight.
Everytime I went to the other place I never had a problem with the results so I know its not my hair.
It's either their process or their product.
