Are you only using the digital Clear Blue Easy Smiley Face OPKs????
If so, and this is only my experience, they are not very reliable. I typically test with dip sticks, and if I get a positive on the dip stick, I'll test on the Clearblue smiley test on top, as an extra.....but I don't rely on it.
I've had many experiences where the other dipsticks give me a positive OPK , and the smileys do not. And, when I did conceive, I did not get a smiley on the Clearblue, but did get a positive on the dip sticks.
I recommend not depending on those tests alone.
Additionally, you can't use FMU on them, and you can't eat/drink for 4 hours to get a result. So, you could indeed be Oing, but if you drank or ate something, it will give you a negative.
My guess is that you did indeed O, but didn't catch your surge on the test.

Which dip sticks??? B/c I have been doing only the clearblue digital and no smiley for me for 2 months and also I got many many error messages.....thanks in advance.

Well it was negative again last night so I just give up this month 
I have never O'd CD21 - so I'm going to assume I'm in the 2WW, or not. Whatever - I can't keep up with the OPKs much longer - I did them for over a week.

NOOOOO don't tell me that! If we have any energy we'll keep on the every other day.
I'll know for sure when I O'd when I get AF since my luteal phas is def. 14 days.

So I went for 1 more night last night - CD21, and there wasn't even a second line (switched to regular, not digital). So, I def. think I missed it since atleast last week there was a 2nd line in sight.
