WWYD - a park question?

Today at the park, there were kids hanging around the park that were much older than the suggested age of 2- 12 (probablyh 14 or 15 year olds). DS (almost 3 y.o) is climbing the swingset trying to get in their business and one of the boys attempts to kick DS by swinging his leg back, but misses. What would you do?/?

I think it would have taken all I had not to physically assault the little punk and I would have called the cops on his azz. What is wrong with teenagers these days?!?!

If he had actually kicked him, I dont know what I would have done. I would have done everything I could not to kill him. However, I took DS down from the swing set and said very loudly, there were not kind boys there and they were not playing appropriately so we had to leave and he could get a special treat somewhere else!

I most definitely would have called the cops and then gone to my car to wait until they arrived. They don't belong there and have no business trying to assault a toddler. I am going to sound so old saying this but kids these days are SO disrespectful. I'm disgusted that a teenager would think that is funny or just okay to try to kick a small child. I'm disgusted.

Since the boy didn't make contact, I would've handled it myself by going over there and giving the brat a piece of my mind. Had he made contact, I would have most likely called 911 and physically held the kid there until the local PD arrived.

I would have gone BALLISTIC!!!!! Someone would be calling the cops on ME.
