WW falling off the wagon....

I am so mad at myself!! I had lost 35lbs & I have gained back 20 of it. I have NO motivation. I am so over WW. I have alot to lose & I just cant get myself back into WW mode. I don't know what to do. How do you do it? My WW leader says you have to have a goal - not a # goal but something your are striving to get to like fitting into jeans. Its just so freaking hard. Well I guess I don't want it bad enough. Agghghgh. Thanks for letting me vent. I wish I could get back into it.

don't give up. do you have a big support system at home? that's the key. set little goals for yourself. say for every 5-10 lbs u lose, you'll get yourself something as a reward. you could do it

I am in this exact place right now. For 3 years I was Lifetime and at the lowest weight ever. Got preggo, gained 45 pounds, nursed for a bit (I could eat like CRAZY and still lose) and now I just can't seem to get myself back to smaller portions and watching what I eat.Chat Icon I have 14 pounds to lose and I just can't seem to get motivated AT ALL.

Re: WW falling off the wagon....

hang in there. I fell off earlier in the week (Superbowl, happy hour & McDonalds all within 24 hours, eek!!!)

I'm scared of this Saturday's weigh-in. Trying to make these last two days count.
