Wow, what a happy surprise!
So ladies, it looks like I need to ask if I can join you all! I'm not posting under my regular name yet, for fear of lurkers, but I just got my BFP yesterday, I'm not even sure what week I am. My cycle was so irregular that I could be anywhere from 4-7 weeks! Yikes!
My BF and I are so happy, a little shocked, as this is a surprise, but still really happy! 
Any advice? I don't even know what to do, other than make an OB/Gyn appt!
I'll take all the sticky dust you want to give too!!

Congrats and Welcome!
You'll probably get your first appt b/w 7-8wks. Expect lots of blood work, weight, blood pressure, urine and discussion of family history and a Q&A w/ your Dr.
As far as symptoms, expect light cramping and maybe some light spotting, and tender/sore breasts.

definitely have tender/sore breasts, that an nausea is what tipped me off!
good to know some cramping is normal, I feel so lost, advice like that definitely helps!
