Would you report it...*UPDATE* - SHE'S DOING IT AGAIN!!!
If you had a neighbor who constantly burned leaves/brush in a ditch in his/her backyard, would you report it?

YES!
It's illegal (I think) and extremely dangerous. God forbid it's windy and sparks fly and hit the house, fence or your back yard.

Yes. When I was growing up, upstate, one of my neighbors did this and started a fire that cause three district fire companies to report because the wind took one leaf and blew it to another patch to another patch. The back of my parent's property and our neighbor's was burned.

THANK YOU! now i don't feel guilty about reporting it. Just called the FD and they told me it's totally illegal!  I can't even bring my DD outside to the backyard to play on the jungle gym, because the smoke is blowing right in that direction!!!!!!!!!

I hope it doesn't happen again. If it does, I wouldn't hesitate to call the FD again!
