I feel the same. The bathing suit is inappropriate imo.

Some two pices can be really cute on a toddler, but I still haven't made up my mind whether I would put one on DD. This one is definitely WAY to skimpy IMO.

I'm super liberal with kids clothing but I would not use those bottoms. The tops don't bother me for some reason but those bottoms scream, "if I move the wrong way, you might see my goods." And you never know who is peeking at kids on the beach  and who gets the wrong kind of thrill from that.

In one sense, I can see it as very cute - especially if it were for a photo shoot - a little girl playing dress up - a floppy hat, sunglasses, etc. It's innocent, it's girly.
In the other sense, it creeps me out - but that is because I (as we all probably are) - very jaded by this sicko world we live in.
We have sexualized things in our culture (or the media has, or sickos have) and it ruins it all.

I agree - Nude baby = cute and innocent.
Baby in a frilly bikini type suit = cute and innocent

I'm all for a cute bikini on a litlte girl, but IMO a bathing suit like that shouldn't even be worn on a 12 year old and I am the furthest from a prude you'll ever meet...I think its very inappropriate JMO
