No.....is there any storage room....my DH is in a band and even my full size car isn't big enought for all the equipment he brings to gigs.

NO. If an SUV hits you, you're done. Not safe IMO.

Re: Would you buy one??

We debated this one ages ago, yes I would buy one if my lifestyle suited it. They are great cars, and if you live somewhere where space is limited (ie Europe, the UK, NYC) they are fantastic little runarounds. Their safety record is pretty good, I see lots and lots of them every day. They only have 2 seats and they have quite a good sized trunk.

Someone has it in my neighborhood. It looks like a company car. Its lime green and the funniest thing to see!

I myself would NEVER get one. Way too small!

Re: Would you buy one??

I think its great if you live in a big city like Manhattan where parking is scarce and most of the driving is not high speed like on the highways. If I lived on LI I would not because of the SUV's and all that like others have said.

Re: Would you buy one??

awwww...it's so tiny and cute!

But on that note, I would NEVER buy one of those cars! They are way too small! With the SUV's they have out there these days, you wouldn't have a chance in one of those if you were in an accident. Plus, how do you fit anything in them, including passengers. I like the idea of them though.

Re: Would you buy one??

I guess I can answer my own question... no, I wouldn't cause the kids would have to ride on the roof.

That car can't be comfortable! I drive a two door Stratus and its so small, I can't even imagine how claustrophobic that must be!!!

I first saw them in Germany at the same time - 2000. Super tiny but I could see using one as a tooling around town type of car...but not on a parkway/highway.
