Would it bother you if
your neighbor is intentionally placing their garbage on your property?
Every now and then they leave their empty pail on my grass. (this is on the side/behind my house, I am on the corner) Ok, no biggie. I move it.
Once they put a mattress on my grass, leaning up against the back of my back fence which extends out past my yard on my side. I moved it to their side and the neighbor came over to apologize.
I come home on Thursday of last week and apparently they did a major clean, and emptied the contents of a bedroom and dinning room on my property! Garbage is picked up Mon and Wed. I waited till Sat to see if they would move it and they did not! I went over there rang the bell and no one was home!
I moved all the items, in the rain, and blocked their driveway hoping that they would come around to speak to me and I have heard nothing!
I am so livid and just don't get it. They don't want their garbage on their property and they don't want to see it, but I do?
I guess it is okay for me to get a ticket for their crap!
I am really thinking about going over there this weekend and saying something to them.
What would you do..........

I would go over and say something. or at thevery least leave a friendly note in their mailbox. There's no excuss for it

I would just put my garbage on their lawn when it is time for collection and then see what they do.
That should give them the hint!
