Working pumping moms... schedule question?

I was wondering if any working pumping moms would mind sharing their schedule for pumping at work?

If I work 8am-5pm, would pumping 2x's / day be enough (at say 10:30am and 2:00pm)???

I work from 8 to 4. I feed DD at 7, pump at 10:30 and at 1:30 and then feed her at 5. I've produced more than enough milk at work.

At first when I went back to work FT 8:30-5 when DD was 11 weeks I was pumping 3x/day (10am, 1pm & 4pm). At 5 months old we started supplementing with formula and I cut pumping down to 2x/day (11am and 3pm), then once a day at 6 months and stopped pumping at 7 months when I got a new job (and just couldn't stand the pump anymore ).

I never got more than 6oz per pumping session but on average I would get between 4 and 5 oz per session so I felt like I needed to pump 3x/day for a while in order to continue to give DD breastmilk exclusively.

This was pretty much my sched when I pumped 3x/day:

7am BF
10am pump
1pm pump
4pm pump
5:30pm BF
8pm BF
11pm pump

I pump at 10:30, 1:30, and 4:30 just before I go home so I wont be engorged when I get home to DD

I think it depends on your output. here's my rough schedule:

615am: BF
8am: arrive at work (45 min commute): pump
b/w 1130 to 1230: pump
b/w 330 to 430: pump
445: leave to get DD
515: arrive at daycare and BF dd
630: arrive home
730: BF
930/10: BF
by 1030: DD down for the night.

Sometimes I pump 3 x a day, other days just 2, but I usually get 3 5-oz bottles, which is usually what DD drinks in her 9/9.5 hrs at daycare.

Thanks so much ladies!!! I get roughly 5-7oz each time I pump so I guess I will start by pumping 3x's / day and see how that goes.

Hopefully work doesn't give me a hard time. I know legally they have to let you, but I have already received comments about how you don't "need" to BF your kids from my boss...
