working out when you are preggo
What are the rules with this? Did anyone find working out when you are pregnant makes it easier to lose the post baby weight?

I'm not pregnant, but I was told by my trainers that if you dont have a work out reutine before you get pregnant, that you shouldn't start one once you get pregnant. I would check with your OB. HTH

Re: working out when you are preggo
I was told I could continue to work out, but just be careful with my joints. Apparently joints become looser when pregnant so doing anything too hard is not good.
Now that most of my exhaustion is gone from the first trimester, I plan on getting back into my workouts and am aiming for 3 - 4 days a week.

Re: working out when you are preggo
I jogged (SLOWLY) during most of my first pregnancy, until I got really big and was uncomfortable. I had such bad m/s with #2 that I couldn't handle the bouncing and didn't run at all. I gained 10 less pounds with #2 and was running at 5.5 weeks pp (with c/s).
I lost the (all but 5 lbs) weight through b/f. but unfortuately gained after I stopped bfing since I was eating like a champ during it, I guess I didn't stop eating after I stopped bfing
