Working out?
DH and I recently joined a gym. I am going more for moral support for him than anything, but while I'm there I do the elliptical, the bike... maybe some light weights for my flabby arms.. I know that exercise is good, but I dont want to OVERDO it since my body isn't exactly used to constant physical exertion . I dont want it to revolt and start doing things or having my cycle change or anything like that. I am blessed with a freakishly regular cycle and I'm afraid that doing anything out of the norm will throw me for a loop. Does that make sense?
Am I worrying too much?

Re: Working out?
i think you are overthinking it. moderate exercise really shouldnt rock the boat. excessive would, or dropping a lot of weight very quickly. but it sounds like you will just be adding moderate exercise which should help more than hurt. good luck!!

Re: Working out?
The month I went full-throttle at the gym, taking 5-8 classes a week, trying things I'd never tried before, was the month I got PG. I told the fitness class coordinator at the gym last week that I am crediting her with helping! She was very happy.
Enjoy your workouts! Best part about starting now is that you can continue once you're PG!
