I have been avoiding this topic with work. I know that I have 6 weeks paid maternity but would like more then that. My company is small so they are not subject to FMLA. I am hoping that I can either work from home for another 4 to 6 weeks or take that time not paid. We will see.

But then I'll work for two weeks and then take the rest of the summer off(Well, I'll probably only work 1 or 2 days!)
