If you can always add guests to final count the day of, I would just include kids only. Being that it’s winter, there will always be a few cancellations. I’d rather pay for less And then get a bill the day of the party. I always do this with catering halls

Will there be instructors? Not every parent can skate, and I would think some to most kids can't skate at 7 either. I would assume you will need a few instructors or family who can help the kids.
I would say something like we encourage a parent participating and would like to welcome you to join in the fun. When you RSVP for one, make it a pair if you can skate too.
