Woo Hoo!!
As I type, DH is signing the contracts for our next project - the family room extension off the kitchen.
Hopefully this project will be the last major one and this house will be DONE once and for all!

We've been in this darn house almost 4 yrs and have being doing projects since the day we moved it - it is time to wrap it up and enjoy. I envy the people that remodel a home - but don't have to live in it during the remodel/construction!

Congrats - very exciting!!!! How long will the project take?
I know, I know. But other stuff hopefully will be outside stuff and NON-INTRUSIVE! Patio, etc.
Won't take long but permits apparently a biaotch these days so I probably won't be sitting in my den til next spring. They have to have decent weather to pour the cement and I'm hosting Christmas Eve so unless they can wrap it up by then I won't let them tear down the kitchen wall!

Congrats--I have 1 major renovation left and hopefully it will start next year. I can't wait to sit back and not have to do any more remodeling.
