wondfo's questions
I ordered the wondfo's opks. first time ever. they should be here tomorrow. now what?
i've never used opk's but i have temped so i know i O around day 18, but never before day 15 (this is based on over a year of temping) 1. do i start the opk's on day 10 or do i hold off until 12-13? 2. do i have to POAS at the same time each day? i was planning on doing it after work, but sometimes i get home at 7, sometimes at 9. 3. how late in the day can i test? 4. do i have to wait 4 hrs before testing (like with a pregnancy test?)
it's been 18 months of trying and nothing. hoping using opk's and deanna's plan can help!

Re: wondfo's questions
I am in a similar boat. Since using OPKs I have O'd cd19-22 and have never gotten a positive OPK before cd17-18. But, I always start the OPKs at cd10 just in case. I have a history of irregular cycles (have ranged from 28-53 days) and would hate to miss it if something changed. It's up to you though
You dont need to POAS the same time each day. Just try to get a good hold (3-4 hours) and for me, FMU is not ideal. I have tested late and found it makes no difference. Once I got a borderline positive OPK at 9pm (wondfo looked positive but the digital I took to confirm said negative) and I tested again at 11:45pm and got a positive on both.
Good luck, I hope they help you! We are also TTC #2 and it has been a very frustrating and upsetting process

Re: wondfo's questions
I used Wondfo's and Deanna's plan for the first time last month and got my BFP!
I used First Response OPKs before Wondfos so knew I O'd around CD 16.
I started using the Wondfos on CD10 and tested in the evening after work. I tried not to drink and to hold urine for at least 2 hours prior to testing. Starting on CD 12, I started testing twice a day, usually around noon-ish and then again around 7 or 8 pm. On CD 14, I thought the Wondfo looked positive, so tested with one last FR test I had and it was not quite postive, but we BD that night anyway b/c we were following Deanna's plan and that was an "on" night. The following day, CD15, I had a solid positive. We BD'ed that night and the following 2 nights. So, that cycle we BD'd CD 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 17 We were supposed to skip a day and then BD again (according to Deanna's plan) but we were just done by that point I'm now 5w3d
Good luck!!
