Womans One A Day
did these prenatal's make anyone sick? I've been taking for the past few days and its leaving me with horrible heartburn and nausea.

When I first started to take them the made me sick so I made sure I ate then took them but it only lasted a little before I got sick again. I found that the best time to take them is before bed, I take them with a glass of milk and go to bed and they haven't bothered me since, good luck

Try them before bed if that doesn't work switch vitamins. I didn't react to well when I first started taking them and now I'm fine.

I hated them!!! The DHA pill is made from all sorts of fish & after taking it, I'd have nasty fish tasting burps. So gross! I switched to a prescription vitamin called Prenexa that actually has plant-based DHA so no fishy burps. It also has a mild stool softener in it too which is helpful!

I like the Target prenatals. They never bother my stomach. And they are cheap!

Thanks everyone. I am glad it's not just me. I'm going to get the Target brand tomorrow. I've tried it with different meals, different times of the day..nothing seems to be working.

I get the Target ones that come with 2 pills...1 prenatal and 1 DHA. Hope they work for you!

I got these because they were on sale and it was buy one get one free. I got them cheap. These at first where making me nauseos and I was a bit constipated! But I took them with food and after a week the symptoms went away. I want to switch to the gummies!!! These pills I've noticed have a bad after taste!!
