wishing well ideas
Throwing a shower for sil and mil doesn't want the book wishing well....besides the reg wishing well that everyone brings anything...is there any other ideas for wishing wells???

Diapers? God knows they'll need those!
My mom did the book thing for me instead of a card and I LOVED it! My brother made labels for each person to write their sentiments and stick in the book. She had a regular wishing well, too.

wipes, if she knows what shes having, a baby clothes line.
You can have arvegular wishing well, ppl usually get teethers, bibs, baby tylonel...small stuff that will come in handy.

I got an invite for a shower and for the wishing well you have to bring something that starts with the same letter as your name. I thought this was a very cute and creative idea.

I was thinking zbout doing something like that but can't find a cute poem to put with invite...does anyone knw of one??

Diapers!! I already have an idea that when my sister does become preggo and we host a shower, we will do books as cards and a "diapers & wipes" wishing well. Everyone brings a small package or so. They will not go to waste.
Especially for my sister who does not want to know the sex, I love the idea of that.
I would have appreciate a bin FILLED with diapers & wipes.

how about a "diaper bag" themed one? like people can give hand santizer, butt cream, travel wipes, diapers, extra onesies, formula dispensers, a roll of baggies, etc.

Diapers! My sister and mom did it for my twins and I didn't have to buy diapers until they were 8 months old! It was amazing

awh, I loved my book wishing well!! I did a shower for my bff and had a clothes line too, which was so cute... she had clothes in order on the line from birth to one year!! love the diapers idea though, you can never have too many! just make sure you get a good range of sizes, if dc grows out of them too fast, they may be hard to return, no?
