I finally got up the nerve to have this pain in my side checked out.
I'm so nervous. Im hoping its nothing.

FINALLY HOME!
An afternoon of the dr. telling me it may be appendicitis, get to this Radiology place.
I go, have to come back home (wanted to bring Bryan home...dh left work early), drink this nasty drink and go back 2 hours later.
They run the tests, Dr. there tells me, I want to do it with an IV now and you have to drink ANOTHER drink so I can get a better reading
I go back in 30 mins. later, more tests done (cat scan).
They come get me AGAIN to go back in because he wanted to look at my kidneys
Long story short after ALL this...the tests are inconclusive and I could be having the early signs of appendicitis and I have to make an appt. with a surgeon tomorrow AM!
So, that's where I am at. Now, Im sitting here and thinking, "Why didn't they do a blood test"?...Check my white counts. Guess the surgeon will do that tomorrow!
PLEASE keep me in your prayers and wish me luck that its nothing!!!

Good luck...I hope it ends up being nothing.
BTW, did they check your ovaries...my sister had pains in her side and they ran all kinds of tests, then finally sent her to her ob who did a sono and found a cyst in her ovary.
