Winthrop hospital
My sister is in the beginning stages of labor!  anyone know the visiting hours of labor and delivery? And maternity? Also what's the parking situation there?

There are no set visiting hours is what they told me when I was in labor there 2 months ago
Parking is either on the street or in the garage

Word to the wise... when your sis gets there start asking for a private room early. Be annoying if you have to. The privates are limited. I asked early but wasnt pushy. Got stuck sharing in a tiny room. Having visitors is the pits bc the room becomes crazy packed. Its hard to get any rest, and you know the aftermath... sharing a bathroom is disgusting. Wish my doc delivered at LIJ!
