Winter getaway
So, DH's birthday is in December. Instead of doing birthday gift/christmas gift - I was thinking of surprising him with a 2 day trip. He'd like to go snowboarding or light skiing.
Any ideas? Somewhere not too far away and not too, too expensive. Oh, and kid friendly too.

I would go north to go skiing. Who knows if there will be snow in PA this month. Omni looks nice in NH

Camelback!!!!! It also has an indoor water park which is AMAZING!!!!
They also have snow tubing.
Is what is good about Camelback, is they make their own snow

They all make their own snow, but if the temps are too high, they don't fire up the snow guns because it will all just melt. Last December comes to mind!
