Fall/winter getaway with a 2.5 yo
I looking for a quick getaway for myself, DH and DS who will be 2.5 in a few months. We've done Lancaster twice in the past year and loved it. We stayed at Eden both times, did outlet shopping, Dutch Wonderland, Thomas, Hershey and Kitchen Kettle.
I'm looking for something similar but elsewhere. Where is a good place to visit where we can drive a few hours, a place with a great family-friendly resort and enough activities we all will enjoy for maybe 3 days?
I was looking at Great Wolf Lodge but it just seems expensive and geared towards older kids.

I was just looking at Rocking Horse Ranch. Any thoughts on that? Seems pricey.

I wouldnt do great wolf with a toddler, just not worth it. We did it but we have an older son so it was more for him.
Try White MOuntains region of NH. TONS of stuff, like lancaster. They are two of my fave areas to vacation with the kids.
