Why oh why is it sooooooooo cold in FL
It's going down to the 30's at night. The high is 51.
It's so windy and cold.
I had to bring my lemon tree plants in the house so they dont freeze. Their are so many people that have to put blankets around their outside plants.
This is FL!!! It's not suppose to get this cold

My parents live in So. FL and told me how cold it was. They said they have a high of 49 today. I wish we had that here in NY!

That's like us in NC....It was nice the other day and now it's freezing....but supposed to get into the 50s for the weekend.

Ugh I know, the last few days were beautiful and hot!!! We were out by the pool Sunday & Monday.
We got back from NY on Saturday and were so glad to be out of the cold, dreary weather.
It was so hot yesterday, it's amazing how the weather changes from one day to the next.
I hope it warms up soon!

That happened to me about four? years ago when I went to Miami Beach in January...the first two days I was there it was 80 degrees and I was sitting on the beach getting a tan...the next three days it got down to mid 20s...and my hotel didnt have heat ("We dont use heat in florida lady")  Had to buy all new clothes since all I had were shorts with me

I was just there this weekend and it was in the 80's! I heard that colder weather was blowing in - sorry!
I would be running to every Marshalls and TJ Maxx in the area! Hope it warms up!

my heat is on 80.
Though i must admit i like to see everyone running around their house putting blankets on their plants. It's just so funny to see

I have family in Florida, and they say the same thing. They always talk how it's cold there January and February.

I refuse to turn on the heat - but I was really cold before! Wind chill says it's 33 outside - we're not supposed to have wind chill!
One the news this morning they said all the poor little lizards were going to get stunned by the cold so if you saw them sitting there not moving, pick them up and put them on a warm blanket so they can thaw out!

Just took the dog out - yowch - that wind is COLD!!!! I was on the lookout for poor lilttle frozen lizard popsicles, but I didn't see any.
