Why no FMU on OPKs?
Why can't we use FMU for OPKs? That is the only time I get a +OPK, in the morning.
Is FMU not legitimate?

You can use FMU.
LH is synthesized in the body during the day, so it's best detected in the urine in the afternoon. Once your surge has already begun, you can detect it in the AM - but you're likely to miss that initial PM occurrence of the surge, thus missing an important BD day

But I only get the surge in the morning. I guess that must mean that either:
- my surges last less than 12 hours OR
-perhaps the reading is off b/c I eat/drink in the day and it dilutes the sample?
Now Im' worried that my short surges mean I'm not Oing properly....ugh.

Well - I don't keep testing after my surge but if you aren't testing at the same time in the morning and afternoon you might be just missing it.
You could ask your doctor but I doubt it is something to be concerned about.
