The lot size is 37 x 100 so the house must be extremely narrow. And maybe it's a short sale.

i saw teh propertyw as small thast doenst bother me. It loks nice enough inside so I dont get the really cheap priice.
How would I know if its a short sale?

It's not a bad street/area, looks decent enough...other than a narrow plot I am not sure why it's so cheap.

check the flood zones...my friend was looking at house in oceanside and said the flood insurance ALONE ended up being 12K a year! If that is the case with this house, that could really drive the price down...it DOES look very close to the water. Nice looking house though.

you will pay what the property is worth- so you are not really making out on the deal
you are not getting the house below market value- the only person making out is the seller- since they are getting out of the house for what the house is worth- not what they owe
