it's backyard is the railroad. lots of the houses in that area b/w merrick and sunrise are dumpy. surrounded by businesses.

i agreee - just click on "map property"
i know exatly where that house is, i drove past the other day. it's way too noisy and commerical (IMO).

According to ZipRealty.com, it's a foreclosure. It also backs the train tracks a block away.

I'd also say b/c the lot size is small, the rr backs it and the "appearance" on the listing is left blank.....plus no pics as other posters said.
