Why FMU?
I work nights so what really counts as FMU. If i test when i wake up today before work is that considered FMU for me. Ugh the wait is killin me. I will test maybe tommorow as soon as i get home. I just have to hold it in

They say FMU because it is the most concentrated because you haven't peed or had anything to drink in a while. If your schedule is off, just try not drinking anything or peeing for 3-4 hours, then test.

your first urine of the day would be FMU for you. so even if it's at 3 pm, then I'd say that's still your FMU if it comes after 6 hours or whatever of sleep.
