Who's working out on Thanksgiving morning?
I just found out that my gym is open on Thanksgiving morning so I am planning on getting there at about 7 and hoping to put in a good hour of cardio to get me started for the day. Anyone else planning on getting in a workout for turkey day?

Yep! We aren;t doing the turkey trot this year - so I will go for a run in the morning on my own, and then we all will go for a hike before we eat!!!

I am going to spin class. I need all the help I can get right now. I am struggling so bad. I put weight back on and I just feel so down on myself.  I have so far to go that I feel like I'll just never make it.

I did my own little turkey trot last year and I was so proud of myself. Since I haven't run since Labor Day and probably won't resume till the summer, I am thinking maybe a walk.

Yep, need the calorie deficit!! I would love to do a race, but just don't know that I want to deal with the time to get there, deal with parking, it adds up to so much time. So will probably opt for my own turkey trot...

My gym opens at 6 and I will be there for a nice cardio workout! This way I won't feel SO bad when I have two desserts!

Absolutely! My gym does what's called a Super Class - it's a 2 hour work out. I do it every year. Kicks your butt but I love it.

I'll just head out in the AM for a 4 mile run on my own. I was thinking of doing a race but it's not fun by myself (not that I would REALLY be by myself--other runners will be there but I don't have any friends signed up to run any races).

I am so proud of so many of us. Keep up the good work ladies!!! Staying with the exercise on a binge eating day is an awesome plan. It will definitely help with the huge caloric intake!

I will definitely be going to the gym tomorrow. Probably before or after the parade, depending on what time I wake up. I want to run a few miles & do some weights.
