I am but I don't live in Massapequa or else i would have LOVED to go with you. I loOOOOVE Wight Watchers!!! I am down 14.4 pounds in 7 weeks!!!

I do the Flex Plan...However with the holidays approaching I am gonna start on the 29th again (much easier)

I have found it so easy! I actually LIKE being accountable for everything I eat and to weigh in every week.  SO anyway, every day varies but the staples that I always have on hand are light English muffins with the laughing cow light cheese triangles for breakfast, fresh fruit, yogurt, the Campbells soup 80 calorie soup in hand, diet snapple, bags of carrots, a HUUUUGE salad for lunch with chicken, newmans lighten up balsamic dressing, 1% cottage cheese, pico de gallo, for dinner I have steamed vegetables with a lean meat or chicken. I also have access to etools online and I have made many of their recipe's at home for dinner. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
