T-Mobile. I only use the phone for calls, and very few at that, and T-Mobile has the cheapest entry level plan, so it's an easy choice for me. I don't get good reception in my house, but neither does any carrier. I've asked friends who stop by, so I've checked every single major carrier, and I'm just in a complete cell phone dead zone.....

I had Verizon for years and switched to Sprint over a year ago. I have no complaints!

I have T-Mobile now. Switched from AT&T to Sprint and now to T-Mobile and I'm satisfied so far.
I'd love to go to Verizon, but I feel like they're so expensive.

I have Verizon- Had T-Mobile for years but kept getting dropped calls and dead areas so I switched. I have no problem with Verizon at all

Me as well been with them for 10 years and I have no complaints. They have given me such a good deal for staying loyal I now have my husband and father on the plan with me

You know, it's funny, probably about 3 years ago I would have been scared to open this thread because people spoke so poorly about Sprint. We had a serious reputation problem.
Since getting a new CEO a few years ago, things have continuously been getting better and better. I now encounter many more satisfied Sprint customers than dissatisfied ones and people are saying good things about them too! And that makes me smile!

Ive had T-Mobile since around 1998... they were Omnipoint back then... then they were VoiceStream... and now T-Mobile...
ive always had great service... no matter where i go. Not just around NYC... suffolk county, the Grand Canyon, Lake Tahoe, Denver, Atlanta... and its Cheap!
the only place i dont get service is in DW's Aunts house in Staten Island...
