Who has better maternity clothes?

Target or Kohls? As in quality and price and selection (i know it probably varies store by store, but just wanted a general opinion). Because I've gotten clothes from Target before and they're not always the best quality. I need to start buying some maternity, and I just wanted to hit one place after work... so Target or Kohls? Chat Icon TIA!!

(I'll try Old Navy & Penneys later this week)

I hate Target maternity - so my vote is Kohls but it depends on which one you go to - some seem better than others. I had good luck with the one in Levittown this pregnancy. I only got a few things from Kohls but they have lasted and kept shape well.

Re: Who has better maternity clothes?

I've only gotten a few shirts from Target. I do like the Liz Lange T-shirts there. I actually like JC Penny the best, but since that's not a choice I vote for Kohls, they have better quality maternity clothes overall.

I really like the maternity clothes at Kohls. The massapequa store has a nice selection, Huntington/Melville doesnt.
I have been wearing the shirts, capris, jeans, workout pants and t-shirts all the time and they wash nice too.

Target has very cute and well fitting maternity t-shirts and tank tops and so does Old Navy...their bottoms are so so...I think I have a pair of of capris from both that fit me perfectly. The other store which I would greatly recommend would be Motherhood...great fit and great prices.

Never shopped at Kohl's so I can't comment on that store.

Re: Who has better maternity clothes?

I'm in VA, and I don't think we have a huge selection at my Kohls, but maybe I'll get lucky. I mainly just need pants right now.
I will try Penneys this weekend though, thanks!!
I also have a motherhood outlet near me, I may give that a shot.

That's weird. All but one pair of pants that I have bought is from Kohls. Everything has gone through the wash multiple times and everything is A-ok.

Yes it is wierd because I machine wash and dry all my clothes and have never had a problem. I have the Oh baby line, is this what you had as well.

I can't speak for Kohl's since I never ended up buying there but I only found one comfy top at Target.

Re: Who has better maternity clothes?

i prefer the stuff at kohls rather than target - and for me all of the shirts have watched just fine.... i mostly have tops from there - my pants are all old navy and from the gap clearance section of the website -- i love them -- 20.00 pants that are normally $60 - and if they dont fit you can return to the store

also with kohls only some stores actually have a decent collection - the one on sunrise hway in massapequa has a ton - the one on 110 in melville have diddly...

Re: Who has better maternity clothes?

I did well at Maternity Works in the mall... they have low prices and lots to pick through... I found they also carried the same brands as Kohls, for the same price.......... Chat Icon
