Whirlpool Cabrio bleach problem
I bought a Whirlpool Cabrio washer about two months ago. In this washer, you must put the bleach and detergent in a dispenser to be dispensed throughout the wash. With my old washer, I would fill with water, detergent, bleach and then add my clothes. You cannot do that with this washer. Now after I use my bleach for a white wash, my next color load, the clothes get bleach spots on it. Does anyone know of any way to not use the dispensers for the bleach and the detergent? It is ruining my clothes.

Re: Whirlpool Cabrio bleach problem
I have that washer. I never had that issue although I rarely use bleach.
But I have to admit, even with my old washers, I would never do a colored load after doing a bleach load. Still would not now. I was always afraid of residual bleach. So I would do a bleach load at the end, then do towels or something like that afterwards just in case.

Re: Whirlpool Cabrio bleach problem
I have this set and I haven't had this issue.
I know for the bleach, there is a line they say not to fill above when adding bleach. Did you go over the line when filling?
Did you correct the setting? I only use bleach on the whitest whites setting or when cleaning the washer. The other settings are normal/darks, and don't use bleach.
Try it with another load and see if it occurs again. If so, contact Whirlpool.

Re: Whirlpool Cabrio bleach problem
I just contacted Whirlpool and they said to add the extra rinse and softner button (even if I am not using softner) and that would add more water to the wash and may help.
